Meet Your Supervisor
Hello, my name is Hailee (she/her pronouns), and I am a practicing registered counsellor who understands the challenges that those in helping professions face firsthand. I am a member of the ACA (Australian Counselling Association) and the ACA College of Supervisors.
As an accomplished counsellor and a successful private practice owner, who has a background in helping brands build, I am uniquely positioned to assist you to thrive professionally and in business.
For many years I have watched excellent counsellors, psychotherapists, social workers and psychologists enthusiastically begin their careers, and then quickly burn out or fail at building their own private practices. Disheartened, many of them have returned to their former careers and have given up on providing therapy or private practice dreams altogether. The problem wasn't the ability of these therapists, but a lack of proper clinical supervision to help guide them in how to successfully manage and thrive in their chosen career paths. Clinical Supervision with me offers a solution to this problem.

I am likely to be different to any other supervisor you have worked with in the past. I pride myself on being knowledgeable in clinical skills and interventions, however I don't take a one size fits all approach to your supervision.

I am known for thinking outside the box and encourage my supervisees to find their own unique way of working with clients and in building their private practices. In supervision with me you can expect to be challenged, to laugh, to feel supported and cared for and to be able to become more of yourself.
